Terms & Conditions

1. Service Calls/Appointments: Service calls and appointments shall be made no less than two hours preceding the intended pickup time.  GAT Limo shall not guarantee prompt pickup for calls made less than one hour prior to the intended pickup time. Such calls will be honored based upon availability of vehicles and upon assessing the distance between available vehicles and pick-up point.

2. Additional Passengers: Only passengers whose names are on the reservation will be picked up. Arrangements for additional passengers who are not on the original reservation must be made by phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, and the price may change.

3. Waiting Period: Clients will pay an additional surcharge if the client is delayed for more than one hour after his/her scheduled time pickup.

4. Cancellation: Clients must cancel service calls no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time, less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

5. Late Pickup: Pickups after 10:00 p.m. will be charged an additional $20. All Airport pickups after 1:00 a.m. will be charged an additional per hour waiting time.

6. Billing: In order to confirm your reservation, a credit card or invoice payment will be required in advance.

7. Payment: Upon confirmation of your reservation, credit card payment will be due prior to the pickup time. For corporate accounts, a credit card number is required to secure the account. Invoices shall be paid no later than 7 days after receipt of invoice. If account balance remains unpaid after 15 days, GAT Limo reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the balance due. The client agrees to pay all collection and attorney fees related to payment of the client's account.

8. Indemnity: The client shall not hold GAT Limo accountable for any loss, cost, expense, and damage on account of a collision. Our airport limo service shall maintain a comprehensive insurance policy on all its vehicles. The liability for damages to client(s) body or property shall not exceed the amount recoverable under such insurance.

9. Weather Condition: In the event of snow emergency, hurricane or other natural disaster, pickups may be canceled without notice. A full refund will be applied.

* This agreement for our limousine service shall be binding upon the party's successors and assigned personal representatives. This agreement shall been enforced under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
